The air filter is on the left hand side the the engine bay in the front. There is a unit that has 2 screws that need to be removed in order to get to the filter. once the screws are removed pry the two haves open and you will see a small "V" shaped mesh filter and under that is the rectangle air filter. It will take a little bit of tugging to get it out.
