What birds do roadrunners eat?

Only the littler birds, such as sparrows. One of my friends saw a roadrunner leap up into the air and catch a house sparrow. However, this doesn't happen very often. The sparrow in question had some problems flying and could not elude the roadrunner like a completely healthy bird could have done. Roadrunners prefer to eat small lizards and similar animals. These are a bit easier to catch, seeing as they don't have wings.
