A:Nebuchadnezzar reigned as king of Babylon from 605 to 562 BCE, and was defeated by King Cyrus the Great of Persia. Xerxes I was king of the Persian Empire from 486 to 465 BCE. Thus, Xerxes did not become king until almost eighty years after the death of Nebuchadnezzar, and could not have sent him to Jerusalem.
