Do Maidenform under wire bras contain wire or plastic strips?

Let me tell you that Maidenform is an awesome bra brand. I love to wear that brand. To what i understand, they are plastic, however they hold me up good and just as good as any wire one did, but these are like 1000 times more soft and comfortable, and half the time i forget i have on one!
