Ford acquired New Holland in 1986, forming Ford New Holland, Inc. For several years they used both names, but recently they have dropped the Ford name from the brand and it is now called New Holland Agriculture, even though the equipment is painted mostly Ford blue, with just a bit of the New Holland yellow for accents.
