vitamins and minerals should be directly got from wholesome food. whatever mineral or vitamin is got by extracting will not have the effect that it professes to because it can only be an extraction.
whatever supplement was good yesterday is not good today. and whatever is being administered in the name of supplements are not really the exact combination or requirement for anyone person.
