If you're referring to the website, it's a website. Not a boy or girl. There are boy and girl moderators and admins on it, so in that way, it's also both.

If your referring to a figment of the imagination, it is neither. Unless you are imagining a boy or a girl, in which case it is whichever you are imagining.
