What does it mean when someone says they can't stand you?

Now if someone can't stand you for No apparent reason, They're not happy with in themselves, you are not problem, I've Dealt with A person at work, You can't feed into their ugliness they'll just move on.. quit their jobs so be it.. the gonna learn the hard way to get along with others.
