How do you stop a post hypnotic suggestion?

If you don't want to be under post hypnotic suggestion anymore, you must reexperience and remind yourself of the moment when the hypnotiser has instaled it to you..You brake the amnesia and replase the unconciously stored memory(the sugestive comand) with cognitive and concious memory so u can archive that memmory from the subconcious mind into your cognitive mind... Then you will not do any insanity under that suggestion anymore
