Is abnormally large amounts of thick milky white vaginal discharge that isn't foul smelling a pregnancy symptom?

Good question i was also very worried about this same sign so i asked my doctor. I was only 5 weeks pregnant when it started and was worried that it was an infection but the doctor said its completely normal it shouldn't look like cottage cheese and it shouldn't smell like yeast.
