How do you get a guy to notice you without bothering him?

first of all do subtle things like:

- looking at him for a prolonged time

-when he looks at you wink and smile (sutblly so noone else notices this)

-brush past him gently touching his, arm leg or even his bum ( again not obviously)

after a while he should start to notice you more so do things like:

- when he is looking "check him out" by scanning you eyes down him starting from the lips down to his doo dahs! then wink after this

-when he is looking lick your lips but look at him so he knows it is directed at him

- bite your lips when he is near you

-fiddle with your hair

- point your feet at him

-try to talk to him more metion girly stuff

-try to acciedenlt on purpose make him over hear you talk to your friends about your personal problems such as periods

-fake your bra strap has come undone and then frantcally try to do it up again (but secretly take you time) try to sutbly persuade him to do it back up ( make sure it is undone though or he will spot the big fake you are

finally he should notice you then carry on with the flirting until either him or you pluck up the courage to ask him/you out!
