I have Level 80 igglybuff and it won't evolve why It likes me the most it can I've raised it a lot of levels?

I had a similar problem (except my Igglybuff was at level 46).

What I did was:

- Put Igglybuff first in my party (also equipped with EXP Share). When I was in a battle, I would switch Igglybuff out with another Pokemon to fight. Sometimes leaving Pokemon in your party with EXP share won't really increase their friendship with you at all.

- Made a bunch of poffins (be sure to give it the ones it likes)

- Gave it a couple of Carbos and HP UPs (I used 5 Carbos, 7 HP UPs)

Occasionally, I would also check in with the girl in the Pokemon Fan Club (In Hearthome City) to see my relationship with Igglybuff. If the girl says something like "Oh it simply adores you, I feel like I'm intruding!", this means that your Igglybuff is ready to evolve after it levels up.
