Is it bad for a rooster to live in the city in a basement?

yes, Roosters should be outside in a hen house where its cozy and has the freedom to crap, run or coca doodle doo! whenever it wants without pissing someone off. it might also be a little depressing for it since its the only one living in the basement, and if you work like any other person it'll be stuck in the basement all day... then again it depends on your work. Its probably not the best idea. I'm not an expert, but i think temperature also has something to do with keeping it alive. like if its to hot or cold in the basement might have an effect on its health. no, i think its a really bad idea.
