Aloha: U'i does literally indicate beauty or something beautiful, but in HI, we use nani for this. U'i is more used for "pretty" when used alone. When used in a compound sense, it most often creates a colloquialism. U'i maika'i means (literally - pretty good), colloquially it is "Life is good" or "It's all good", etc.
Not sure of the brand thingy.
