Are any lizards in South Carolina poisonous?

Of course not! The only venomous lizards in the WORLD are the Gila Monster of the extreme American Southwest, the Mexican Beaded Lizard of Mexico, and the Komodo Dragon of Indonesia, doesn't have a potent venom, but it's bites often give Salmonella and other diseases to the victim. There have only been four confirmed deaths in the last 50 years from lizard bites. And honestly, it is very rare if you see one of these rare lizards in your lifetime.
