What are the advantages of living on a hill?

1-if it snows you can go sleding,2- you have a great view of whatever,3- and your safe from flooding of any sort (depending on where u live), 4-hills tend to get a little more rain so you don't have to worry alot about watering,5-(again depending on where you live) they have good vegetation and wildlife.
