Is the 1934 US cent the only penny of the 1930s with a unique 3?

The simple answer is yes. It's unique because this year issue used the correct date style. The 3 has a long, sweeping tail. The return (and previous use) to the other style in 1935 by Chief Engraver John R. Sinnock is not known.
