There are many ways: you can give them to her at her house at the door, you can give them to her is you pick her up at her house, you can have them sent to her house for her, or you could even have them sent to school or work for her (which is common and all girls are envious), you can surprise her with them as they are already set up in a vase waiting for her somewhere, or set them in her locker or car if she has one - use your imagination but its always a nice surprise.
