Why do kids bully people because of their actions?

Because the bully cannot control their own life in any way, the only way they can feel good is to overpower somebody else.

The bully does not seek monetary reward, nor an education, nor the ability to do something constructive.

The bully only knows destructive. Bullies smile when they squash ants and kick cats.
