Can Tylenol 3 with codeine cause mood swings?

no, no swinging... it just puts me in a GOOD mood. and since i can't risk the getting addicted to it bit, it really sucks...

i kinda much prefer to be a cheerful mood all the time; not just after having taken a painkiller for some idiotic pain i didn't need in the first place...
