How do you calcuate each runners time in a 4 X 100 relay race?

Take the amount of time it took for all four of the people to run the race. Then divide that number by 4. Or you could time them individually, that can be done on some phones or just have at least two stopwatches and take turns timing when the baton is handed off to the next person.
