How do people curl noodles?

It's a fairly simple method. As you make your pasta, cutting it into long strips, wrap the pasta around a long cylindrical tube. You can purchase stainless steel rods for this purpose. Or, simply use the handle from a long spatula, spoon, or other kitchen utensil. Enjoy.
