Physical Fitness would most likely be considered a healthy person, which is different for everyone. This is where perception comes into play, but in general, I would consider someone who's physically fit to be a healthy weight, decent body fat percentage, clear complexion, strong immune system, full of energy and free of disease. Sports fitness is determined by the ability to perform in your given sport. Lots of people go to the gym, but very few train hard enough to compete. How many guys at your local gym could go 5, 5 minute rounds in the UFC?
