- know the area of responsibilities
- devide the people by assigning them to their task
- monitor and assess them
- maintain the cleaning tools and chemicals are enough and in good condition by checking them always
- make a report about the production
- help the management team during brainstorming of making solutions and forecasting
- and as always communicate to ur people, know them, educate them and learn from them by simply asking there idea's..
