1: Drink lots of water because alot of the water weight will fall off
2: Make sure you drink tea or Cinnamon this help you metabolism go up so you can eat more
3:Try eating at least 4 meals a day if not make sure you have the calories is under 1,600
4: Keep track of how many calories you eat so you can have it at the right limit
5:Try least 1 hour of exercising a day so you can burn some calories off
if you don't have time to exercise try later at night when you have your free time you only have to exercise 3 to 5 times per week
6:Try having calories under 400 calories it can really save you life
Now I know that these might be crazy but it works if you like food just make sure the calories are under 1600 you ll be fine i used to weight 135 now i weigh 110 so
