Peach face love bird starts tanking at watch age?

It's quite rare for Peachfaces to learn to talk, although the odd few pick up a Word or two. Young birds kept singly and bonded with their owners have the biggest chance of learning - very frequent repositions of the same Word with the same inflictions are the key. But be aware 95% of the pet peachface owners I talk to at work (I run the bird department at my petshop) have non-talkers.
