Jason's personality is considered "rogue and unyielding". This is an unusual trait in winemaking. Jason is also a natural in marketing, and with this refreshing mix of disciplines he was able to successfully attract the interest of Robert Parker and Wine Advocate.

On top of that, his winemaking ability is remarkable. The latest 2008 vintage of Ark Cabernet Sauvignon received 99 points from Robert Parker. The same Ark in 2007 got a perfect score. Right now all Hundred Acre labels are sold out on retail.

The wine may have made Hundred Acre a winner, but Jason Woodbridge made Hundred Acre a cult.
