Can a person asking you to buy them something using their credit card get in trouble?

If you're asking whether the person who's asking you will get into trouble or not then I don't think so, but I believe he/she is taking a big risk. If you're asking whether you would get into trouble or not then I don't think so either, but I recommend you to be cautious.
