Why do some people not have souls?

Frustrated people who believe all hope is lost will present themselves as having no conscience or inner soul of emotion. The more harm you do to yourself and others, the less love and appreciation and less kindness that shows you the predator In order to better survive many persons present themselves as having nothing to steal and pretend that even their soul or dignity has left them. So why does this happen? Easy, if there is no legal system of ugly punishment for crime or if crime is coddled and kissed then persons appearing without hope appear everywhere.

Christians believe that humanity is made in God's image - in other Words, we have a spiritual dimension that is God-give. That means that every human who has walked on this earth has a soul. So your assumption that some humans do not is wrong, as it negates God's creation of us all as equals, in his own image.
