Try looking in Pella's cave using your tools. Then, go and see Princess Pookie and ask her about it. She will tell you to go look for Bruce in Ashton. Ask around and you will be told to go look on the outside of the maze. Talk to him, then go northeast and talk to the man in the house. He tells you Pella is near the volcanoe by his house. She is on the north side of the volcanoe.
