Who make montres Carlo watches?

I'm not positive who makes Montres Carlo but I do see it all over the place now a days. If I go to a mall, I always run into a store that sell's this company along with Michael Kors, Diesel, Fossil, Emoprio Armani, Casio and many other brand names. Looks like Montres Carlo is a very good brand name!
