What is Alaskas favorite food?

Some are Pizza lovers and a few are Big Mac fans. Alaskan's are very much like the people in Peoria, Waco or Tampa. Only a very rare few are Mooseburger fans. Alaska has a wide variety of Excellent local seafood and the price is modest. Prime Rib that is imported from the lower 48 is expensive and while it may be a favorite, it won't be on the menu except for special occasions.
