How do you plug your laptop into your car?

I don't really understand what you mean, simply using a laptop would be the same in and out of a car, but if you're talking about using the internet while traveling in a car then there are Verizon chips that you could plug into the laptop or if you have a smart-phone than you could use a personal hotspot.
