Probably nothing, especially since "good condition" coming from someone who isn't an expert in old/rare books usually translates to "at night, you can barely even tell it got burned when we dried it over a fire after the cat peed on it ."

And just to be clear here: By "nothing" I mean "definitely less than $1.00". You can take it to a rare book dealer if you want to have it appraised, but don't expect much.
