Does he really love me

I was recently married ( 2 months back). It was an arranged marriage. I am a student and I am studying living in another city. He did not pay my semester fee and he insisted that my parents pay my fee. He lives in a room with a guy roommate. I am going to his place for vacation now and I told him it is uncomfortable to me to share the room (and common bathroom) with another guy. But he says he cannot afford to pay rent in a new apartment. He NEVER cared to call me and ask how I am and how am I doing everything all alone in this place. Does he really love me? Will he look after me with love in the rest of my life??
