Is there a Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in St Thomas Virgin Islands?

According to the 2010 annual report of Jehovah's Witnesses there are 9 congregations in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Unfortunately I don't know whether there is a Kingdom Hall in St Thomas.
