Do pigs hatch eggs or born alive?

Pigs are mammals and give birth to live young. They do not hatch eggs like birds or reptiles. Pigs have a gestation period of around three months, after which the piglets are born alive and fully developed. The piglets are then nursed by their mother until they are old enough to eat solid food.
