Why does my front right tire make bumpy noises after rotation and alignment has been performed?

First - Make cetain that the lug nuts are tight. Then check the sway bar links and bushings. Check for a broken spring, Also check for bad struts. If you cant find anything then have the front end checked at a competent shop.
