Who created Zap Skimboards?

His name is Bob Smetts, he lives in Venice, Florida 34293. He and this other Guy opened a shop called V-town (wich is currently almost out of buisness). Bob worked with another person who moved away and created a brand called Sol. Sol boards suck and buy Zap, Zap are a lot more faster and more durable then Sol.
