Do you need to wear hosiery to a black tie event?

WELL I THINK THAT EVERBODY HAS A DIFFRENT TASTE IN CLOTHING.BUT I HAVE 2 SAY THAT IT DOESN'T REALLY MATTER TO ME BECAUSE I THINK THAT IT LOOKS GOOD WHICH EVER WAY U WEAR IT

============================================================= I would have to say yes, definitely. Dressing up for a man would be wearing a tie, and dressing up for a woman would be wearing hosiery. (if you look at things traditionally...)
