If your joints ache that gives you a headache. A headache makes you fatigued. When you are fatigued all the time your joints will ache. Especially when you get tired listening to your own complaining. That was the funny answer.
The fact is not all complaining is bad. These can be symptoms of autoimmune disease and serious inflammation. It is wise not to over-simplify the problem or to quickly dismiss the symptoms. Take positive action.
First help your body then help your mind.
What does this mean?
The body heals itself all the time, its not like a car that you have to take into a repair shop. You should first give the body what it needs. Seeking a doctor for a POSSIBLE diagnosis is a valuable start only. Depending on a doctor to give you medicine is the last resort.
What it means is you should radically examine your diet. Diet IS THE SINGLE MOST EFFECTIVE TREATMENT for disease.

Using a little bit of logic, you must realize that disease management of chickens, cows and pigs, even pet animals is the result of dietary management. Would an owner of a $1,000,000 horse or $500,000 racing pigeon let it eat whatever it wants? Can a rancher with 5000 head of cattle go to the vet when his cows have joint problems? Cows do get the same joint problems as humans when they are fed the certain foods. The foods we eat, at the levels we eat them are known to shorten the life span of most animals and also creates the same symptoms and diseases such as Arthritis, Diabetes, Heart disease and cancers.
A veterinarian requires 12 years of schooling compared with typical medical doctors who get 8. ( or so I am told ) Nutrition, nutrition, nutrition and not vitamins but food. That is nutrition.
Once you begin to understand that your situation can be improved or even eliminated by eating properly then your mind and your thoughts should be examined to see if anxiety, depression, automatic negative thoughts, abuse from others, job stress, overwork, ptsd, many, many, things that directly produce unbelievable damage to the body through causing the body to secrete hormones all the time which should only be used occasionally during REAL EMERGENCIES but which our entire modern society is overwhelmed with. Even what we consider as mental illnesses are very often nutrition related.
Go do it. Feel better in two weeks or less.
