Do developemeantly disabled people who are over 18 physicaly but have a IQ that of someone under 18 have a right to have a gardain of some kind present at court?
If they have been legally adjudicated as mentally deficient or rmentally incompetent, they SHOULD have probably already had a guardain appointed for them.
