What is the best high speed internet provider?

MediaOne. I have worked with ComCast before both as a private and a small business customer and found that the charged more and did network slowdowns frequently for high use. (I watch a lot of Netflix, so I'm a bandwidth hog.) The cable is lousy from MediaOne, but the internet has never been fater or more reliable.
