How would you characterize the leadership style of your favorite executive athletic coach or television character who plays a boss?

One of my favorite television characters is Michael Scott from "The Office." His leadership style is characterized by a mix of enthusiasm and naivety, often prioritizing team morale and personal relationships over strict business practices. While he sometimes makes questionable decisions, his genuine desire to be liked and to foster a positive work environment highlights the importance of empathy in leadership.
