How do you set up and play a solitaire game?

To set up a solitaire game, shuffle a standard deck of 52 cards and deal them face-up in seven columns. The first column has one card, the second has two, and so on, with the last column having seven cards. The top card in each column is face-up, with the rest face-down. The goal is to build four foundation piles in ascending order from Ace to King, by moving cards around the columns. You can move cards between columns in descending order and alternating colors. The game is won when all cards are in the foundation piles.
