Can you overfeed a parakeete

Parakeets eat all day long. It is like "grazing". It would not cause a bird to 'overeat'. Just keep a feeder full of parakeet seed and a container full of water in their cage. They also like fresh small snacks such as celery, Apples and etc. every few days.
