I've made Horchata once (which is mexican cinnamon rice milk)
Soak rice overnight in a jar at room temperature, blend in a blender and strain to get rice of the grittyness from rice.
Add sugar or honey (or even maple syrup) for sweetness...
If you want special flavours in your rice milk (like vanilla or cinnamon) add a stick of vanilla in with the rice to leave overnight, or a cinnamon stick.
