Where is the idle control valve on a 1992 3800 delta 88?

It's on the throttle body (where the air goes into the engine). It's a little black cylinder (about 1.5 - 2 inches long), has a wire connector (probably 4 wires and prongs), and is secured into place using 2 bolts/screws.
