How running feet is converted into square feet?

Square Feet = Length X Width

Running Feet means going up or down, means Linear Feet

If your Length and width are set, like a rectangle , then multiply the length by 2. Then, multiply the width by 2. Then add both sums together. However, if you're doing a landscaping job and the edges are not straight or equal, then you'll need to measure all around by using a measuring tape, or a measuring wheel.
