Where did Cain and Abel live?

The Bible tells us that God created Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden and they remained there prior to Cain and Able's birth. The Bible does not tell us the exact location but indicates that perhaps our eyes are blinded to that area since Adam and Eve were driven out for their sin. The Bible mentions the river Gihon running out of Eden. Gihon which "compasseth the whole land of Ethiopia."Genesis 2:13. Also the river Hiddekel is mentioned "which goes toward the east of Assyria."Genesis 2:14 In Genesis 3:24 The Bible tells us that He (God) placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims (angels), and a flaming sWord which turned every way to keep the way of the tree of life." There is no reference to where the family lived after they left Eden although we can assume it was probably somewhere in the Middle Eastern area. After Cain killed his brother he was made to be a fugitive and a vagabond and traveled the earth as his punishment. Genesis 4:11-14. He eventually fathered a child and named his son Enoch. He built a city and named the city after his son. Genesis4:17.
